The
Bible gives us countless testimonies of Jesus' healing ministry. Let's
read together from the Gospel of John:

Now
there is in Jerusalem at the Sheep Gate a pool called Bethesda. In there
lay a large number of ill, blind, and crippled. One man was there who
had been ill for thirty-eight years.

| When
Jesus saw him he asked him: Do you want to be well? |
| The sick man
answered: Sir, I have no one to put me into the pool when the water is
stirred up; while I am on my way, someone else gets down there before
me. |
| Jesus
said do him: Rise, take up you mat, and walk. Immediately the man
became well, took up his mat, and walked. |

The crippled
man was suffering and waiting for many years till the day he met with
Jesus who asked him a simple question. The affirmative answer changed
his life forever. Today, Jesus is asking the same question each one of
us: "Do you want to be well?" By our positive
"yes" we can begin our own healing process and experience the
healing power of Jesus.
