|
| Hail Mary, full of grace; the Lord is with
thee; blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus.
Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death. Amen. |

| At the end
of the summer the Church celebrates two important Marian feasts: The
Assumption of Mary into Heaven and the Queenship of Mary. Mary's place
in salvation history has been honored form the earliest days of the
Church. This particular feast reminds us that Mary
was not held captive by the chains of death. Thus the Magnificat,
found in the Gospel of Luke, is read on this feast. This hymn of praise,
thanksgiving and generosity offers an opportunity to remember the
greatness and generosity of God in our own lives. |

| Mary has
always been known to intercede for all those who asked her help and
support. Below you can write a letter to the Blessed Mother with the
certainty that she will intercede for you before her Son. |
